re that God is in control! And we ARE thankful that they didn't try to fly us through a hurricane or something. (we were delayed due to weather) So we are working on patience and enjoying an extra day in Florida, though we are anxious to get to Haiti.Interestingly, our three Haitian taxi drivers have given us various bits of advice and Creole phrases that might come in handy. There seem to be many Haitians in this area, we even heard a conversation in Creole at McDonald's last night! So we feel we are at least a little closer
to Haiti than we were :)Now we are scheduled to leave Friday at 11:15 am. Please pray that this will go smoothly!
We are praying. Could get interesting if you have to come next week as Cory will be gone with the truck. While your sitting there watching your last TV or enjoying the pool for the last time for a while.... think of your grocery wish list. Will try to shop some tomorrow when [hopefully] you get here but Cory will shop in Port as well next week!!! More choices--so start thinking ahead. We're working hard on school anticipating a short day tomorrow because of the airport run.
